Robert Steiner, President of the group, brings to the table over 40 years of successful business and financial management. Prior to establishing Steiner & Associates in 1982, he held the position of Training Director for a national consumer finance company, Regional Vice President and Senior Credit Officer with a major California bank, and Organizing Director and Chief Executive Officer of three California Community Banks.
His reputation, experience and deep interest in the business process has lead him to become a popular guest lecturer in management, marketing and organizational effectiveness at Saint Mary's College, San Francisco State College, and University of California Extension, Berkeley. He is a member of the Adjunct Faculty at Los Medanos College, when he has taught classes in Entrepreneurship and business planning since 1977. He holds a B.S. degree in Organizational Behavior from the University of San Francisco and is a graduate of the Pacific Coast School of Banking, University of Washington.
His concept of a highly mobile, team of professionals that can react quickly and effectively to maximize business opportunities for the client has been instrumental in helping companies of all sizes to reach more profitable levels of operation.
